Damaged or Tampered Deliveries:
If you receive a product that appears to be in poor condition, or if its packaging is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package. Instead, return it to the delivery person immediately. Following this, contact our customer service team at info@lurve.shop with your Order ID. We are committed to replacing the item promptly and at no additional cost to you. In cases where you choose to return the product after accepting delivery, please ensure that the original product tags and packaging remain intact.
