Return Eligibility:
Please note that our products are final purchases and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Dealing with Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries:
Though we uphold stringent quality assurance during packaging and shipping, exceptions might arise. If you unexpectedly receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if your order is incomplete, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide photographic evidence to info@lurve.shop, and we will ensure a swift resolution.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days for damaged/defective products. The refund can be issued through Google Pay, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, other UPI methods, or as store credit, based on the customer's preference.
